The Story
Jorge’s mission is the support of the orphanage in Santo Domingo in Ecuador. The children are abandoned and often dropped off there by the police. They arrive malnourished, sick and sometimes injured. No child is turned away and they receive food, shelter, education (many are illiterate and need to be educated enough to be able to go to school at the appropriate grade level for their age). They receive loving care and soon become happy and healthy children. The orphanage is their family. Through our Soul of Change Jorge. we have been organizing recreational days, lunches, dinners and sending gifts to this amazing small community. With our small campaign we hope to give them a moment of joy, and make them feel loved.

Our Souls and their helpers work so hard to provide these children with an enriched life. Despite the setbacks brought by COVID-19, their efforts and their drive to help these kids have never ceased!

Thanks to your donations, we were able to provide a special gift bag to each child in this orphanage, making their 2020 Christmas as special as possible!

The gift bags contained a shirt, socks, some sweets and a snack-box each! Simple pleasures that can bring so much joy to those in need!
